Shipping policy

Every Cultured Robe is made to order. Orders take up to 30 days to be made and packed, then 8 to 10 days for tracked delivery. You’ll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery dates shown on our site are estimates. We’re not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and check the size chart before you order. We can’t redirect a package or change a size once it ships.
